I recently had to change insurance providers. I worked with Carol to coordinate the return of the rented equipment. She was very professional, patient and pleasant to work with. At the end, when I had to schedule the pick up of the equipment it was bitter sweet. I was a customer since 2020 and every time I needed supplies, they were sent to me promptly.
