We had our first appointment with the pediatrician at the causeway location. My son had been seeing the dr at the Lutz location but she moved out of state. Our first appointment at this location went awesome. We were called back as soon as we walked in. The pediatrician was great my son really liked her and he had to have blood taken which is usually a nightmare but the girl they have at the lab at the causeway location was amazing. She got it first try!! Really happy with everything from the time we walked in to the time we left
I came in as a walk in and was seen in a timely manner. A very clean and friendly environment. I was treated with so much care and kindness. The front desk staff were extremely sweet and very helpful, I specifically remember being helped by Anett and Jayda. My provider was also nice and thorough.
Overall I had a great experience and was very pleased with everyone.
Everyone is friendly and kind. 😁
Most importantly, the doctor addressed all my issues and I now have a plan for the future of my teeth 😄
The wait was only about 15 minutes. While the appointment lasted about an hour for the first time visit.. I'm very satisfied.
