I've never been treated so poorly in my life!!!!! Walked in for a fill. The front staff was polite, but the tech rolled her eyes and said it's 1030 .....I said I would go somewhere else, and they said for real. Absolutely ? I would rather leave and go somewhere else where a tech wants to do it, then have a tech mess my nails up because she didn't feel like doing it and walked out.

After a bad nail experience from another shop I came here to get my nails redone on 12/9 (Sat), they insisted gel X is better & more durable than acrylic so I gave it a try. They said it would be cheaper to get also because when it comes time for another set they take them off, because they don’t fill/polish change Gel X; so I wouldn’t have to pay for a soak off, like with acrylic. However, by that Monday I already had 2 nails chipped really badly & by that Wednesday 6 nails were cracked or chipped down to the tip that was put on. I called & explained the situation to the manager, I believe her name is Marki, & she told me to come in let her see them & then they will fix it. I went that morning got them fixed & by that evening the paint had peeled all the way back. I went to the shop the next day & asked for a refund & to have them removed. They told me they would speak with the owner, who never got in touch with me. So I called again asking about the refund & I was told that I won’t be getting a refund, & that a polish change was offered. I let her know I was told they don’t fill or polish change gel X & they would have to come off anyway. I pretty much got an “oh well” & that’s $80 down the drain. After one week I have no nails on & $80 is just gone. Now I understand why they are as slow as they are; they charge crazy prices, the nails don’t last, & the complete lack of customer service is astonishing!Marki had a small level of professionalism & it was a respectful conversation however it’s utterly ridiculous that their nails don’t last more than a day or 2. I won’t be returning.

I wish I could leave ZERO stars!!! while I was waiting to get my hair done next door, I asked one of the girls at this nail salon if she could quickly touch up my very fresh set of French tip nails done at another nail salon 3 days ago the were beautiful but I needed a touch up due to the nail polish chipping at the very tips. I honestly wished I just left my nails the way I came in because it was a disaster. She first took the nail filler and sharpened my nails, then added more white paint at the tips which was all I wanted. she then asked if I wanted to try chrome on the white parts of my nails for a more elegant look, I agreed. Her work was very sloppy. The chrome sparkles was ALL OVER my nails, not at the tips like I wanted. Then she added a new clear coat over the coat that was already on my nail which made it look very lumpy! but I didn't want to complain. At the end of the service (which took less than 20 mins), I asked how much it would cost and she didn't have a immediate answer, which was a huge RED FLAG, she said she would "ask" her boss how much. She met me at the register where she tried to charge me $50 for basically NOTHING. she didn't do a re-fill, shaping, nail polish removal or clean job. I told her that my original set cost me $55 so it's kind of ridiculous to pay $50 for this. She refused to provide a break down of why she charged me this amount for the service. That was just the price, then she caught an attitude and told me the best she could do is $40. I paid it and proceeded to my hair appointment. I honestly never leave reviews but I had to take the time to advise, DO NOT come here. If you do, ask for the price of services prior to sitting in the chair because they will literally throw any number at you and you'll be stuck with no choice but to pay. Also watch out for nail techs who try to feel you out see if they can get away with over charging you because that is exactly what she did!

Not a great experience, not the worst. Salon is dirty and unkept, I was cut at least 3 times while getting my nails done (pictures attached). Nail techs were obviously more into getting high (smelled of mj strong everytime they came in from outside) and doing their own nails than mine and my friends. They let us soak for an hour to remove previous set of gelx while they did each others nails. The application of the gelx was sloppy and I have been picking off clumps of it. Also didn't have the size and shape I wanted.Not the worst, but not the best.Service: Manicure
