For me, it helps with my chronic sinusitis that tents to lead to an ear infection or bronchitis. The salt booth is like a super concentrated netti pot that breaks through the mucus and knocks out the funk you are trying to get rid of and feel better. I don't know anywhere in the area that has a booth similar to theirs that is as powerful as theirs.
