Did a good job of with the braid, looks good, but she literally ripped the hair out of the back of my head to the point that I was bleeding. Now, I prolly have scarring alopecia on the back of head. Zero reason to ever put that much tension on the head, that you’re ripping out hair. Now I got scabs on my neck. For that reason, I will never be returning, personally
