Difficult company to do business with. We have to return a postage machine and they send us all the labels but tell us we have to find a box and packing material and then ship back to them! Most companies would provide. They charge a premium for their services. The postage machine was always showing an error requiring re-boot. Also, if you are one day late on your payment they charge a $35 late fee . If you do use the them set up auto pay or they will slam you.
