PT Solutions of Citrus Park

We had an excellent experience with Kyle Schindler at PT Solutions while my son, a freshman in high school, was going through physical therapy for a baseball-related shoulder injury. Kyle was knowledgeable, patient, and truly great at connecting with young athletes. He explained everything clearly, pushed my son just the right amount, and made sure he was progressing safely and confidently toward returning to the game.

We saw real improvement, and my son felt supported and encouraged every step of the way. In addition, the entire staff at PT Solutions was super personable, helpful, and friendly, which made every visit a positive experience. We’re very grateful for the care my son received and would absolutely recommend Kyle to anyone looking for physical therapy.

PT Solutions has been a great experience from the
start. The therapists are knowledgeable, patient, and truly care about your recovery. They take the time to explain each exercise and make sure it’s done correctly, which really builds confidence and trust. The staff is friendly, professional, and the facility is clean and welcoming. I’ve seen real progress thanks to their guidance and support. I highly recommend PT Solutions to anyone needing physical therapy.

As someone who used to train Olympia ad ads in his younger days, I can tell you these people are spot on. Sean was unbelievably present and knowledgeable.

I had a great experience with my physical therapist for my neck pain. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Over the course of our sessions, I noticed significant improvement in my pain and mobility. I’m very grateful for her effective care and would highly recommend her to anyone ..thank you .

I was quite pleased with all that transpired. Atmosphere is great the therapist are quite good and I was treated very well.

Professional and friendly.

Here is what happened:

A) Clinic felt cramped. Felt like too many people for the available space.

C) Filled out all forms online, including uploading my driver's license and medical insurance cards. I was asked to give them these to scan. Took them 10 minutes to find them already online.

C) Chairs in waiting area felt cramped together. Also, chair was uncomfortable for me.

D) 4 different employees' photographs (framed) with the same first and last names, with different stated backgrounds.

E) When completed, my physical therapist said to make more appointments at front desk. I did.

F) Received a later call stating that my physical therapist was leaving the clinic at the end of the next week.

G) Thought about my experience, then called back and canceled remaining appointments for what I said were personal reasons. I then received two different calls from two employees wanting to talk or confirm my coming to the next appointment (already canceled).

Gave one star because each employee was very nice.
