We had a great experience with Premium. I was in the market for a wide plank, white oak color LVP floor to replace about 1300 sq ft of carpet. I got quotes from 2 other places. One was cheaper by about $1k, but only offered a few color choices that were older cool-greys colors, the other quote was significantly more expensive. Premium was by far the best choice! From the customer service, to product options, to price, this was a great value. The team working in our home was so polite. They completed everything in 2 days. Premium Hard Surfaces did a fantastic job installing my kitchen. Alejandro and his father were hardworking, skilled, and fully dedicated to the project. When challenges came up, like the cabinets arriving wet, Fabiano and Andrew immediately stepped in and ensured replacements were arranged.
