Barbaro came out and was able to not only fix my issues with a burnt fuse but diagnosed and repaired a critical float valve issue. He worked for three hours keeping me updated throughout the process and was really informative on next steps.
Will be using them again to do some additional recommended maintenance.

Home Therapist did a fabulous job. I felt comfortable as they sent a picture of my technician before the time he would arrive. He was respectful and wore booties in my house. He found the issue and fixed it quickly. He explained the issue and showed me pictures of the fix. The price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

As an engineer/fabricator/assembler, I have high standards from my contractors. This guy Sam, he fulfilled all my requests and installation needs. He took pride of his work, and left me with a smile. Price was fair and the time for the installation was fast; I didn’t waste my whole Saturday. The only that I don’t like is that they provide only 1 month labor warranty while other companies offered 1 year. Now I can enjoy my new hybrid water heater.
