The process was easy for dropoff and pick up, even when they were really strict with the vaccines, which could be complicated even if you are only a couple of days late. My only complaint is that they lost my pet's toys. Those are his favorites and that is why I took them to there. They said that if they find them, will call me, which didn't happen so far.
We dropped off a chubby, feisty kitty. We got a nice update on day 2. We picked up a chubby, feisty kitty seeming none the worse for wear. There isn't much else to say regarding cat boarding, since they stay in a condo. The staff gave her the treats she was used to and she even let them pet her!
