Vance the owner was god sent!!!! He stuck with us through a battle with the HOA, he stayed in touch and communicated clearly and timely. He also ensured that he provided us with video and photos that we needed for our HOA. Vance was thorough and knows what he is doing. Best part! We can use him for other services!
