I had such a great experience with Emma! I came in for a trim and face-framing on my long hair, and the attention to detail was incredible. Emma really listened to what I wanted and took the time to make sure everything blended perfectly. The result exceeded my expectations - my hair feels healthier, lighter, and still keeps the length I wanted. The deep conditioning treatment was amazing too and left my hair feeling so soft and refreshed. Highly recommend!
All the students that I encountered were very professional. The student Alicia who performed services on my granddaughter and me was very knowledgeable and professional. The only con was when the teacher pulled the student away prior to my services for a very quick talk of 5 minutes. I felt that to be unprofessional on the teacher's part.
I had an app on Tuesday January 5 with Precious she was amazing i was a hot mess when i came in . Precious listened to want i wanted and needed. I have Curly hair she knew exactly what needed to be done to take my natural curls and make them look fabulous again precious made me feel like a superstar.Also her teacher Ms. Frances was an inspiration. She was fabulous herself. I know that precious doesn't have much time left at Paul Mitchell and I just found her I will follow her wherever she goes. She's amazing I've told her she can't leave Paul Mitchell so soon but I know she's gonna have a fabulous career wherever she goes hopefully close by so... read full review
