We had a team of 7 experts working on our project. We had a water pipe burst that flooded our entire townhouse villa. Paul Davis replaced 3 bedrooms of carpet with tiles matching our existing tile, painted baseboards, trim and walls, built a new kitchen island, and restored our home to perfect condition. Our project supervisor, Amel Bermudez, was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the work including plumbing, electrical, and all aspects of general construction. Amel has sharp eyes finding deficiencies and quickly correcting them. He found things that we didn’t notice. He communicated frequently, normally at least once every day, with the entire team receiving the text messages so everyone on the team is abreast of the status. Paul Davis has a fantastic reputation in the Tampa Bay Area and rightly so. I highly recommend Paul Davis for any type of construction or renovation project.

Have hesitated writing this in fear of retribution and never having my house repair completed but I cant hold back anymore. I had a house fire on 12/1/25, today is 6/10, and still cant live in the home supposedly being repaired by Paul Davis. Now waiting 3 weeks to get new floors cleaned so we can move back in and start unboxing. Do not fall for the sales team as they were fantastic. Execution not so much. Sorry Paul Davis team but i have had enough
