I was blindsided by the price of service by the tech once he was at my home. After I discussed price over the phone twice with two different employees the tech told me it's going to be an extra $200 from what was already discussed. I'm not talking about issues that come up while getting work done, I'm talking about as soon as the tech walks in telling me "did they tell you this is going to be an extra $200". I then refused to move forward after being blindsided with the new price before the tech got started on anything. I was still charged $100 for them showing up. My AC unit was installed in April 2021 by one stop cooling. In December, my AC unit had an issue and needed the coil replaced. I called numerous times per week constantly checking "where is my part?" "Has it arrived" over and over. A month passed living in FLORIDA with no working AC unit. After a month, they realized they NEVER ordered the coil (they had only ordered two pieces to insert the coil but not the coil). It was fixed soon after the coil was ordered. However, when their AC guy came out to install the new coil, he dropped my drip pan which contains GALLONS of water in my attic and it poured out of my master bedroom vent (extremely negligent... read full review

Our A/C system was installed by One Stop during construction of our new home in 2017. The first issue was that the installer never bothered to clean out the debris from cutting the hole in the wall for the return, the piece of drywall was actually left along with dust and soda bottles all of which were getting sucked up into the evaporator. We where told by One Stop that our brand new system had a Ten Year parts warranty as long as the system was it was registered which they said was already taken care of. Well, that was partially true. The blower motor failed and I called One Stop to make an appointment to fix it under warranty, I was told that our home is outside of... read full review
