We are a small minority owned business who completed the casework at Hernando County Fire Station # 5. The county in fact paid New Vista and they will not pay us. We are owed $94,000 which is a tremendous liability for us. I would strongly advise all sub contractors do not work for these people. They do not make timely draw payments as other Contractors do.
