Highly unsatisfactory. They lost our contract because it was only eight years old. We were promised a voucher for 1 free removal and restore when our roof needed replacing and never received it at point of sale. Took forever to get an estimate for an R&R which was several thousand dollars above other companies' pricing for the same service. Slow to respond to messages. Would recommend anyone else but Momentum.

WHERE DO I START! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE YOU CAN NEVER SPEAK TO ANYONE. THE RESPONSE TIMES ON CALLING OR CONTACTING YOU BACK IS OVER WEEKS. WE BORUGHT A HOME AND NEED OWNERSHIP TRANSFERED OVER. THEY ARE GIVING UP THE RUN AROUND AS WE HAVE PROVIDED ALL THE NECESSARY PAPERWORK REQUEST. WE HAVING EVEN GOT TRANSFERED WITH THIS COMPANY YET ON OWNERSHIP OF THE SOLAR PANELS TO OUR HOME. WHEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACK YOU KNOW THE BUSINESS WILL WON'T BE GOOD EITHER. DON'T GET ANY SOLAR PANELS FROM HERE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD!

Good luck getting anyone to call you back about a warranty repairs. Had to file a BBB complaint to get a call back for them to still not give me the run around about my contract I signed with them

Idk how they got my number but every time I block them they harass me after another. I've never even purchased any of their services. Even after verbally telling them I do NOT concent to the calls. They will keep harassing me.

Reported a roof leak to Momentum (at least my second roof leak) and was scheduled for someone to get back to me in 2 weeks. When the person called back they scheduled me one week out for an assessment??? And then they'll send someone to fix if they feel it's from their installation???? It's raining alot in Florida and I have to be telling anyone visiting me that Momentum solar taking forever to fix this leak (I have a pan in the middle of my living room to catch water). How is this good business for Momentum to take so long to repair people's roof????
UPDATE: 9/2/2025
Momentum came today 9.2.25 and made repairs, not just to assess, which was fantastic. I'll have to wait for more rain to test but hopefully they got it right. It's going to be a hard sell for me to recommend Momentum if the response time is too long. I suppose they may have labor shortage (they have not said that I'm trying to be nice to Momentum) since so many hard working reasonably priced immigrants have gone back home and now we are left with a set of over priced local labor to do home repairs?

Please shop around before signing anything with this company. 3.75-4.50 a watt is crazy talk for the Florida market. Misinformation regarding home value increase when using the lease product (it does not increase home value). Not a Florida based company and will likely not be here much longer. They have already left Texas and California because they can’t compete with the big names of the industry. They use an inflation calculator that is skewed to fit their agenda.
