I had an excellent experience with Mr. Sparky, and I want to specifically recognize Jeulises Fernandez for the outstanding service he provided.
Jeulises was extremely professional, honest, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and was very detailed when discussing the pricing, ensuring I understood exactly what needed to be done and why. There were no surprises—everything was explained clearly and upfront.
What impressed me most was how forthcoming and honest he was with his recommendations. He provided several options, explained the pros and cons of each, and never pressured me into making a decision. I followed his recommendation, and he was able to fix my issue right away.
In addition to replacing the faulty outlet that was causing my electrical problem, Jeulises also installed four additional switches in my garage that I had been wanting. He provided a price that I felt was very fair, and he completed the installation, including the breaker work, in about 20 minutes. His efficiency, attention to detail, and quality workmanship were impressive.
It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right and making sure the customer is informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Jeulises Fernandez and Mr. Sparky to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and trustworthy electrical service.

So I just want to leave a shout out to my excellent installer last night, Mr. Toby Johnson; he was kind and empathetic from the get-go. He was respectful, articulate, and took the time necessary to explain things to me, and listen to my needs. He stayed as long as I needed him to, even going as far as to help me make a new appointment with One Hour Air conditioning whom they contract with. First I needed an electrician to restore the connection and then I needed an AC specialist to finish the job. The teamwork between these two companies is admirable. Due to Toby‘s recommendation, I was not charged by one hour air conditioning for a Sunday service call which would’ve been expensive. I’m proud to say that now I have an electrician and AC technician who are trustworthy and reliable. As a team, they helped me expand the life of my air conditioner, since I wasn’t yet in the position to afford a new one. They were rewarded with a happy new customer and when the time is right, I will be happy to invest further. I look forward to my continued partnership and relationship, with both of them. Cathy A.
