Jeulises Fernandez & Julian Gonzalez were both excellent! Mr. Sparky was my THIRD electric company after TWO previous electric professionals could not find the “loose neutral” issue I had. So I just want to leave a shout out to my excellent installer last night, Mr. Toby Johnson; he was kind and empathetic from the get-go. He was respectful, articulate, and took the time necessary to explain things to me, and listen to my needs. He stayed as long as I needed him to, even going as far as to help me make a new appointment with One Hour Air conditioning whom they contract with. First I needed an electrician to restore the connection and then I needed an AC specialist to finish the job. The teamwork between these two companies is admirable.
