I Had such a wonderful experience today with Synthia I called ahead and she was there when I arrived and totally took care of me and the handling of my precious Tuxedos and the timing was amazing sweet and very knowledgeable
Marco's the MAN! Took my satin pants in to get altered and told him I needed them rushed if possible, as I am going out of town in a few days. I got a text a few hours later that SAME DAY saying they were ready for pickup! They had to take 4-5 inches from the hem and they turned out perfectly. Super grateful for their friendly and fantastic service.
I don't know what's wrong with these reviewers, but dealing with this business was pretty easy. It's dry cleaning. You give them clothes and money, they give you clothes back. Got my suit back the next day.
