DO NOT waste your time and (A LOT of) your money! They charged me $80 to dry clean my comforter and it came back with rips in it! I had also dropped off a pair of shorts for altering and the repair looked like a 2 year old did it! and I was charged $14!! I truly could have done better myself. Go to ZIPS! I won't make that mistake again.

I had a short dress and scarf to be treated for stains and cleaned. When I picked it up, the stain was still there. I explained that I needed it for the weekend but I could bring it back Monday to try again. He stated once I left with it, they would not reclean then charged me $24.00. I WILL NOT GO BACK!

I have been a customer of McNatt’s since 2016. Before the pandemic, I traveled extensively for business and would use their dry cleaning services weekly. I was always pleased with the results for all items spanning suits, shirts, and sweaters. Unfortunately, the quality has plummeted over the last few years. After repeated poor experiences over the last few months, I can no longer recommend McNatt’s as a dry cleaners on any level. Most recently, I brought two higher end sweaters for dry cleaning. Upon retrieval, the sweaters were hung up on hangers through the neck holes rather than folded over a pants hanger. I now find both sweaters have been noticeably stretched...read full review
