Our first floor condo bedroom was being soaked by a broken pipe and tub in the bathroom located directly above us. Hector from McNatt responded to our emergency call and identified the problem and helped us chart a plan of action to fix it. Hector's judgement was called into question by the owner of the unit above us but Hector remained professionally calm and focused on solving the problem. He's a SAINT. We trust him!!
