I would like to commend Massey Termite Services for their 5 STARS Excellent customer service. I recently had some concerns regarding services and billing. After contacting the office, I received a prompt return call from Ms. Antonieta, a representative I believe is based in the San Antonio, TX office. She was professional, attentive, and addressed my concerns thoroughly. Together, we resolved the issues and made the necessary corrections. As a business owner, I truly appreciate the level of customer service she provided. Massey Services is fortunate to have Ms. Antonieta on their team—she retained a customer who had been considering leaving.
I rarely write a review but felt compelled to as Estaban with Massey Services went above and beyond in fixing recent sprinkler issues for me. Teco hired a company do do underground digging for electric work and they butchered the sprinkler system in the process. Estaban came out multiple times, explained things clearly, and was very fair in pricing. I would recommend him specifically for any sprinkler issues and Massey Services.
Shout out to Ricky Stewart, our pest services tech who always takes special care to keep them out of our home. We had a recent incident which required several visits and Ricky was always on time, courteous, informative, and especially, solved the problem for us.
