I’ve been a member here for several months and have consistently received excellent massages from Ray, and previously from Sierra. The therapists themselves are very skilled, and the quality of the massages has always been great. They are the reason for any stars at all.
Unfortunately, my experience with customer service and membership management has been disappointing. When I initially tried to cancel my membership, I was told I could not do so until all of my accumulated credits were used. Bought a Groupon for this Westchase location. Dorthy did an excellent job with my deep tissue massage! Highly recommend. No issues redeeming or scheduling. Friendly staff. Did not sign up for the membership based on reviews but would return for a massage.
