Such a great experience! Audrey was working just on me!! She wasn’t doing anyone else’s hair! She wasn’t answering phone calls from people wanting an appointment! She was doing MY hair!! And she did a great job! Once a color has been chosen it goes into the computer! Whoever works on my hair has the formula in front of her! No matter who works on me, they all do it the same! No worrying about who is available!!! I now go once a month! They have a great plan, financially!!! GO!!! You will love it!
