I had such an incredible experience at Buff City Soap today! The staff was amazing, kind, and welcoming. Staff member Nathan greeted me as soon as I walked in, made me feel welcome, and took the time to tell me a little about the store and its products. He also patiently answered all of my questions about customizing my laundry soap and made the entire process easy to understand.

We had such a wonderful experience at Buff City Soap! The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. My child is on the autism spectrum and absolutely loves smelling all the different scents and asking lots of questions. They never made us feel rushed… instead, they took the time to engage with him, answer his questions, and made him feel included.
One of the highlights of our visit was when they let him watch them make our laundry soap. He was absolutely fascinated, and it made the experience so special for him. Their kindness and genuine compassion meant more to us than they probably know.

Great location. Happy to see well stocked. The cashier did not send me home with a sample after spending $70+, so that was disappointing since I’m a rewards member. The selection in laundry was limited with fragrance selection. Store was well organized. I’ve been in stores in PA and Virginia. This was similar in all ways. Staff greeted us and was welcoming, accessible and helpful but not pushy.
