Getting replacement windows and doors is like living through major surgery on your house. It is much better not to be there or to get it done before moving in. That being said after it is done is one of the most wonderful things you can do for your family, you and your home. We used the ES windows new vinyl series(ESV). They are rated impact windows and spec out for more psi then the PGT and something I researched extensively. Ripping out existing windows, reinstalling, stucco and paint are a process. Great to work with and did a quality job. They installed all the windows in our home with impact proof windows. It was a relief when the hurricanes came thru, not to worry about boarding up. I've recommended them to several friends and family.

In November 2016, Carrollwood window and door installed hurricane windows on my one story home in Northwest Tampa. In May 2019 I had them put hurricane sliders in my home.. these windows annd doors all did their job with flying colors during hurricane Milton!!!I could not even tell how bad the winds were outside unless I open my front door, as the house is that quiet with my hurricane windows and doors. Very appreciative of having contacted Carrollwood Window and Door several years ago to do the work. Best money I ever spent!
