Very helpful. Confirmed that we had just ordered a bad batch of batteries from Amazon and it was just the battery that was the issue so saved me a bunch of money va going to the dealership for a whole new key

I am down in St. Pete for a couple months. I had 2 Infiniti QX-60 fob that went bad. I could start the car but no other functions. Lock Man happened to be right around the corner of my house so I took the fobs in. After James did his evaluation, it was determined they needed to be replaced. It took all of about 20 minutes to do the programming and cut the emergency entry keys. They were over $100 less than the dealer AND the dealer said it would take at least 2 hours to program.Also, I told them my daughter's Toyota Rav 4 fob was not working and since she was visiting I would get it and let them look at it. The service I received was magnificent and affordable. I hope they get tons of business and are doing very well, but still get plenty of free time to enjoy hobbies and fun stuff in life.
