Took a brand new Arhaus Faux Rabbit Fur blanket here. It got dropped in a small puddle of water from a cup that I was trying to clean up on my floor. I immediately took the blanket there so it was not sitting in it. It was only wet in a spot and there was absolutely nothing on it chemical wise that could have stained it. This blanket cost me $175 new and is literally still available on their website. When I went to pick it up I knew something was amiss when it was handed to me balled up in a plastic shopping bag not even one of the nicer heavy duty plastic zippered bags like you should use on a blanket this size. Had a disastrous experience at this cleaner
-First off all, this business is a nail salon - being a cleaner is just a side hustle for them.
- I brought my white Calvin Klein shirt as well as my jacket and pants to be cleaned. I dropped in on a Monday back in October, and asked to be done by Thursday because I was headed to a wedding that weekend. I was told PU would be anytime after 5 on Wednesday.
-On Thurs AM, nothing was ready, told to come back after lunch. Thursday after 5, I come back, Jacket and Pants are one, but the white shirt isn't. No big deal, bought a cheap one at Target.
We used their services twice and both times the items were ruined. The alteration was not done the way we asked for. Pants had to be redone. Hoodie became short and could not be worn anymore. The owner gave us attitude when the issue was addressed. We got refund for one of the items and were asked not to come back. Will not recommend this service.Service: Alterations
