Shady people and business. Had about 6 massages accumulated on my monthly membership that were unused. They claimed a pipe was broken when in reality they just closed down and did not offer refunds to those with membership credits. They also continued charging all of us every month while in the process of closing the location.

I started a membership here and got charged twice and never even had a single massage because they are “temporarily” closed. It’s been months. I’m pissed and now I will be disputing those charges.

This location was shut down. I have found some of the therapist at Massage Envy in Carrollwood.. They offer the membership for $70. The facility was super clean and brand new. They have ghosted all customers and not returning calls.

Been a client for years, they were great! They closed due to a busted pipe, about 2 months ago, said their would be updates. I have, called, emailed, texted and gone by to look in the windows. No response, just ghosted everyone!! The voicemail has been full for at least a month now. I’m starting to think they went out if business and didn’t tell anyone! I even went to the app to see if they had any updates, they don’t even show a Tampa Fl. Location anymore!! I had several messages banked up do to a surgery last year. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated!!

Very disappointed. I was a client for a few years and then received a text early Sept stating they had a pipe burst and would be reaching out with an update soon. No update to date. No returned call, text, or email. Very bad business.

Used to love this place. I have been going about once a month for years. Massage therapists and esthetician always very good. No complaints there. BUT now the place has just ghosted its clients saying there’s been a burst pipe and they need to make repairs. It’s been about a month. I had an appointment and showed up to a note on the door. Multiple calls, texts, and emails with zero response. I have several banked services and am hoping they might transfer somewhere but no one will respond to my attempts to find out what’s going on. Beyond frustrating.

I’m just really frustrated that I have a monthly membership and they kept charging even after they closed. I have at least 2 months of unused credits at $79.95 a credit and no idea when they will be open again. I am set to move out of state in January. Also, nobody is answering phones to help. Previously loved it here though.
