It took a couple of tries to make contact but once I got in touch with Frank, he connected me with Jacob who came within the hour to assess the situation since it was on the way.
I can tell from a conversation with Jacob that he has a lot of knowledge in the roofing trade and they gave me the best price for a foolproof method to avoid future damage to the plumbing vent pipe as a result of squirrels that like to chew off the lead.
Unfortunately due to miscommunication with another group who had already purchased the supplies, I couldn't have Larry Miller Inc work on my roof. In the future, I will not need to ask multiple companies... read full review
Had to leave a review about the quality work done by Jake from Larry Miller Roofing inc. I've had two separate roof jobs done and both times Jake resolved my leaks and roof issue. Additionally, he stayed in touch over his inspection and conclusion where my roof issues were including providing pictures of my leak origin. Don't go to any other company. Great company and service, I had the pleasure of working with Franco and tech on site Guillermo. Guillermo's expertise on roofs and repairs is clear.
I purchased my house in 2018; previous owner was forced to replace the roof prior to sale due to insurance coverage issues. Well previous owner cut costs with labor, unfortunately I had to deal with different leaks on joints and other areas due to improper installation. I was fortunate enough to find Larry Miller Inc back in 2022; they try their best to come onsite as soon as possible, clear explanation about the issue, repair, and associated cost.
