First time - loved it. A bit overwhelming, but Long was quite helpful. You have to ask for help! Prices are ridiculous - in a good way. They have absolutely every nail supply needed, an assortment of options. I was blown away and will definitely be back!

Kind of intimidating to walk in especially as a non professional. They didn't end up having what I needed, but I picked up something new to try. The prices seem reasonable, but I'm not a professional and I wasn't asked if I was one.

The aisles are super close together, boxes on the floor, customer service here is lacking. The employees that are there, are not friendly at all! They accept credit/ debit cards but there is a $10 minimum. It definitely is not ADA compliant because you can not walk through the aisles with a rollator or wheelchair. The only plus is they have a good selection of items for nails, and that's it. They also sell empty bottles and jars for various use. It's basically a nail shop supply store that is not very customer friendly.
