Great experience with Ken Barrett Air. Ken provided me with a super quick response to my after hours A/C emergency. Very knowledgeable and well qualified, he knew just how to take care of me without making me feel pressured. Advised me well and offered me affordable options tailored to my needs. Would highly recommend.
Ken was very helpful when figuring out an issue with our AC. We called late, and he was able to squeeze us in the next morning as we requested. We have an older unit so I would call him again if we have issues in the future.
