Ms Jessica is very good at reading energy. I came to her with cptsd. I had been suffering from nightmares and flashbacks for many months. I lost 25lbs in 2 month period as my stomach was in distress and the physical affects were showing. . She was able to get me stabilized in short time. She is very knowledgeable about trauma or abusive relationships. She is open and willing to try different types of therapy; talk, sound, cryo, and meditation. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Jessica. From the very first session, she created a safe, welcoming space where I felt truly heard and understood. We connected right away. Her ability to listen without judgment, ask tough but thoughtful questions, and guide me through some really difficult moments has been life-changing.

Jessica is an awesome therapist! I began working with her to learn coping skills for my C-PTSD and she was the first person to see me beyond a paycheck. I mean, yes, shes very professional and good at her job, but she's also very considerate of your current situation and progress. She's warm and very knowledgeable about a little bit of everything. And the best part is, she checks in following rough sessions and is quick to respond if you're needing extra support or are in crisis. (She doesn't leave you vulnerable or high and dry). 10 out of 10 would recommend.
