In a time of need I was taken care of. I called JB Xtreme for a tow, and they made it so easy! I had a ride to work so I could not be there when Jose got there but he called and let me know when he would be there, He sent me pictures of my car on the truck and texted me with an ETA of when my car would be at the shop, and sent pictures of the vehicle at drop off! He was absolutely amazing and got the job done fast. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else to get a tow. THANK YOU JOSE!

First, they arrived fast and moved swiftly and safely. Second, communication was fantastic; regular updates from humans at key intervals, no unnecessary auto-spam. And third, the best part by far, they understand what customer service means.
Our driver, Mark, was truly a bright ray of light in an otherwise gray and gloomy day. He was incredibly kind and thoughtful and genuinely was glad to be of assistance. Honestly, what started as a stressful situation with my car left me stranded on the side of the road. Thankfully, Marcus completely turned the experience around. I ended up riding with him, and he was friendly and professional. His truck was clean, and the ride was smooth and comfortable.
If you ever need a tow, they’re definitely the company to call. Their prices are affordable, and the service is excellent.
