I love doing yoga at Jai Dee! The instructors are all very welcoming and helpful! Each instructor has their own unique style and all are very knowledgeable. I love the atmosphere and energy of each class and I look forward to attending my classes! The owner is very kind and was ick to respond to any needs I had since starting.

First impression pulling up was how absolutely adorable this place is. It's a renevated home and painted light green on the outside and was decorated really cute inside. I had Ariya for a 1 hour relaxation massage and it was the best hour ever! I previously had a bad experience with a massage so she really made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I feel so great afterwards now. She also gave some suggestions on stretches and other tips for keeping my muscles from getting too tense on the daily (I work on a computer every day). I joined Jai Dee in August and I am in love with this studio. Every teacher guides in their own unique way. I get so much out of each class. This sweet little house of yoga has added so much to my life in such a short time. I'll be a member here for years to come. All my love and gratitude to everyone at Jai Dee!
