Gentleman was extremely nice, thought I didn’t have a cord needed to install a new graphics card and went there to buy one. He told me he was positive it was in the box it came in (he was right) instead of just selling me another one without asking. I bought it just in case anyways but will return there for any computer needs and do recommend using this business for repair/custom pc builds!

Best customer service I've seen in a while! Transparent & honest about cost and how realistic a repair is. I'm tremendously grateful that they pointed me in the right direction and completely saved my ass when it comes to saving my information and having a working laptop.

This is the only place I call, even to inquire about something computer related. Everytime I've been here, Tim always points me in the correct direction for my problems. He's super fair on pricing and his turn around time is very good.
My first time using him, was for maintenance on my pc. Fixed my cooling problem (swapped for a 240mm aio) and changed my fans for better air flow.
Second time I used him, my pc died and it was a RAM problem. He got me turned around quickly.
