Perfect if, as the "owner" says, you want CHEAP tattoos. That also depends on several things....1. He shows up at scheduled time, or even within an hour of scheduled time.2. Doesn't ask to borrow money ( with no intent to repay)3. Has working tattoo machine or simply has one at all.4. Asks for deposit so he can get supplies with a promise of sending a drawing of the tattoo.. NEVER did he begin a drawing for me. I specifically asked for the drawing and was constantly told, " I got you"He sure did get me...DON'T TRUST THIS KIDI could go on and on, but currently getting tattooed by a super artist in a killer shop that is super clean unlike this one.Hope this helps anyone...read full review
