I am beyond words grateful for everything that James and his staff in the Tampa Bay Area has done for my family and I. The agency is exactly what I expected…a well ran organization. James and his staff is absolutely amazing. He hasn’t stopped advocating for my family since day one. He talks to us in layman’s terms and helps our family understand what’s happening with kindness and empathy.
