Both of the women who assisted the doctor in my HSG procedure were so wonderful! I made it known how nervous I was and they did everything they could to assure me and put me at ease. I wanted to especially thank the radiology assistant who directly assisted the doctor during the procedure, she made me feel so comforted and cared for I wish I knew her name but she was so amazing. I was so impressed with the care I received I truly felt like the staff cared and treated me like family. The ultrasound tech provided exceptional care during a very difficult and emotional time. She was incredibly compassionate, sweet, and made me feel genuinely supported throughout the entire experience. Her patience and calm demeanor helped ease my anxiety and made the situation much more comforting. She took the time to explain everything clearly while showing so much empathy and kindness. I am truly grateful for the level of care and professionalism she showed under the circumstances.
