IMA Medical Clinic of West Tampa provides a positive and professional experience for patients. The office staff is courteous, and the nurse practitioner, Barbara Pierre-Louis, ARNP, is thorough, knowledgeable, and highly recommended. Patients feel comfortable and satisfied with the care they receive. Many appreciate the friendly and helpful front staff, including Rozlyn and Corali, who are always willing to assist. Ricardo and Ivette are also noted as excellent medical assistants. However, the parking lot could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness and organization. Overall, patients have expressed their happiness with the clinic and the excellent treatment they receive.
I'm actually a new patient for almost 3 months. I've always had really good experiences accept for today. I called in, was put on hold for 15 mins and not one persongot back to me or looked at the phoneto see if anyone was holding.
I hung up, called back and my call was answered on the 4th ring!...but no one took time to get back to me!
When I expressed my frustration...and I was nice when I did...I got no apology.
The whole situation was so very unprofessional.
Highly praise this clinic and particularly Manager Leticia C. Her knowledge and patient care was felt from moment stepping in building. I would gladly come back again and they have won patient for as long as I’m in the Bay Area!
I had a great experience at this clinic. I was seen quickly, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and professional. Doctors went into great detail explaining my new diagnosis. I especially appreciated the clinic manager Leticia who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it came to resolving a missed referral issue. It’s rare to find a place that handles things so promptly and with such care. Highly recommend!
