I agree with the reviews below - However my review is for the Jacksonville location - no return calls and Very Poor customer service !
My experience in 2018 was much better (staff wise) although they still got the size wrong for this window!
UPDATE: almost a year after the installation James S. Came back with screens that fit (not completely but better)
So…gave them another star

Would never use them again.
They never return your calls.
more expensive than other window installers, and you won’t even get the green hue tinted windows that you really wanted.

Horrible experience. Do not work with Home Depot for any of your installations. It might be cheaper, but it is not worth it. I had my windows and doors installed on November 2021 and to this date on August 2022 they have not finished the job. I cannot get a hold of anybody to help. Even though they offer lifelong warranty, good luck getting anyone to help to be able to use it. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Avlid at all costs.
