Collin was very nice and immediatley went to my breaker box explaining about voltage etc. discovered it was indeed a voltage problem that TECO would be responsible for. he contacted TECO and made arrangements for them to come out. he was very easy to understand and ecplained things in a way i could understand. i am sooo glad i called Hoffman Electric!
