I had such an amazing first experience at Belle Toi! I went in for full highlights, a cut, and toner, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I saw Shantell & she was absolutely phenomenal. She was kind, easy to talk to, and really made me feel comfortable the entire time. She listened to exactly what I wanted, asked a lot of questions, and brought my hair back to life.
On top of that, the entire salon staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was warm and professional, and you can tell they truly care about their clients.
I’m so glad I found this place and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! :)

Shay is the absolute best hairstylist!! I’ve been going to her for years and have followed her everywhere. She always keeps up with how much I switch my hair up and does an amazing job. Bangs, blonde, split dye literally everything. She even got the old pink out of my hair.

I've been a client at Belle Toi Salon since December 2024, which makes this especially disappointing to write. Over the course of my visits, I was charged different prices for what seemed to be the same service. On my most recent visit, the price nearly doubled, without any explanation. For that same appointment, I called to add a haircut and was informed that I would be seeing a different stylist. While I understood the change, the service I received was very different from what I had consistently been getting, and I'm not happy with how my hair turned out. I reached out to the owner three times afterward to discuss my concerns, hoping for some clarity or resolution, but I never received a callback. As a repeat client, I would have appreciated more transparency around pricing and better communication overall.

I recently went to Belle Toi Salon in Westchase for the first time and was absolutely blown away. I was with Shay Jacobsen, the best and only hairstylist I trust. She does amazing at listening to what you want and making the results even better than you’d imagine. I always feel restored and confident after getting my highlights redone. She also does a great job when it comes to cutting, layering, and styling. Beyond her professional skills, she is such a sweetheart who actually cares about her clients life and comfort. She always gives the best customer service and if you’re looking to get your hair done but are nervous about who you can trust, I’d say go to Shay Jacobsen at Belle Toi Salon in Westchase. I look forward to coming back soon!

I’m really picky about my hair, but all I can say is that SHAY IS AMAZING!!!! She just GETS it. She’s creative and intuitive, and really good with color. She is the only person that has been able to keep my hair from turning orange when I dye it. She has cut, colored, and styled my hair and even did hair and makeup at my wedding. I truly could not recommend anyone else, and I’ll never go to anyone else!
