“I entered Waters Edge clinic not knowing anything about their services. I was skeptical about even being there but with the pain I experiencing I would have tried anything. I limped into the building and got on the elevator. When I walked into their office I was greeted with a nice greeting and a genuine smile. After filling out some paperwork I was taken to one of the exam rooms and a very nice young lady explained the procedure I’d be receiving that day. She patiently answered all of my questions. I was then given over to another very nice nurse who was to administer the procedure. She told me what to expect and if I had pain let her know. While she was administering the procedure I was thinking this was a waste of time. All I was feeling was clicking all around my knee. But when she was done and I stood up I was amazed! Sure there was pain, but nothing like before. I’ve been here 5-6 times now and I feel like I can run again. I mean little to no pain in both my knees and to think my orthopedic doctor told me I had bone on bone! Thank you Waters Edge for saving my life!“

I’d already done laser hair removal off & on over the course of several years/decades but in my first round (working for a medspa) my treatments were sporadic. Then I completed a full course of IA & Braz that showed fantastic results but still left enough behind that I’d still need to shave. I called Misty @ Smooth Skin Operator to do my legs and after 6 tx I can’t believe how perfect the results are! I may have a stray hair here or there (literally 6 hairs on my entire leg after the 5th treatment) and some barely there peach fuzz… but I honestly don’t feel like I have to shave AT ALL! “I have been so self conscious about my looks. I am not even 40 yet, and felt like I looked like I was in my mid 40s. I decided to do something about it. Teegan and Avery were amazing! They have helped me get some of my confidence back. I got a little bit of Botox in my forehead, and did a round of IPL, then non-ablative fractional resurfacing on my face. “Exceptional staff and extremely clean and beautiful office setting. I have one situation that has been bothering me since my appointment. I paid a large amount of money ( for me) and as I was paying before I left, the cc machine prompted me to leave a tip. I've been in a tipping environment my entire career. In hospitality for over 30 years, however, it was weird to be out in a position to tip a nurse after a clinic visit. Not a hairstylist, not a massage therapist, but an actual nurse that spent 10 minutes with me and I would assume is paid accordingly. It was very awkward, when I just spent a large amount of money for a 10 minute treatment, to be put in that position. I have been a client to this amazing Med Spa for multiple years and that was the first time I was ever prompted to leave a tip. I hope I did not insult the nurse on staff for not leaving a tip because she was awesome. I just never was put in such an awkward position before I really believe that that should be taken off of the credit card machine as a prompt. It's almost like Publix asking me to round up when they are a very extremely successful company and I'm a single mother barely able to afford food much less round up my total I find it to be an extremely tacky and very assuming request. Feels like being out of red light with a beggar in the center of the intersection asking for money today's life doesn't give a lot of room for extra money for average people working average jobs and it made me extremely uncomfortable to not leave a tip but I'm not in that position when I'm already paying almost $200 for 10 minutes to leave another 40 as a tip I do hope that they get rid of this because it is an extremely tacky way of getting money out of people that don't have the means.“
