William and Melissa were extremely professional, polite and hard-working - hardly knew they were in the house. William provided detailed updates about the progress throughout the process. Their price was very reasonable and their crew did an excellent job. They made sure that they pleased me in every way and the floor turned out beautiful. I Had previously used grout busters 18 years ago, so the floor grout held up for 18 years and I just did it again. They were clean and helpful and very polite. I would definitely use them again
