The communication is horrendous. I've been hung up on 6 times, they've taken my information to call me back and never did. This has been going on for over a week looking for my brother's lost property. Don't even get me started on the lack of treatment while he was there. I hope no family has to encounter this mess of a place when they're going through a crisis.

Dr.Murray was absolutely awful. It took 3 days for me to even speak with her, and when i did it was for five minutes. Within those five minutes she answered a phone call (for half of the five minutes i was there), and pushed anti depressants on me after asking maybe 3 questions. There is absolutely no reason any medical professional should decide a treatment plan for someone they just met five minutes ago, in five minutes. I don’t even think she knew my name. My parents had to essentially come break me out because i was expected to stay for however long while receiving zero treatment. i wasn’t even given the medication i came with (it was packaged and labeled directly...read full review

Disgraceful-Do not let anyone you love near this psychiatric facility if there are ANY other options available to you. They don't have the manpower to care for the amount of patients they take in and the result is cruel torture to people already experiencing an extreme low. You should be shut down and WILL be reported to all enforcing agencies for your gross neglect.
