I had a property for almost 4 years. Had two different companies working on the property. The 2 companies were not doing work according to code, not completing things timely and couldn't be trusted. I found Katina the owner of Fresh Start Development and she said I will help you get this completed. Katina took care of all the documents with the city, made all the corrections required and got my property to pass all the inspections. Her prices were more than fair, she communicated very well and lead the charge to cleaning up all the issues. I have never done business with someone so honest, caring and professional.
