Wow! Used the mobile service for our first time & our first visit for our vehicle. Was scheduled the same day and Mike C. even called earlier saying he finished up a job & was able to come earlier. He was quick, took care of our oil change, recall, and answered any concerns I had. Super nice guy! Everyone should be using the mobile service!

I really felt taken care of by Nicole and the service team at Elder Ford! Nicole was patient and knowledgeable when answering my questions. I brought my car in for a 30k servicing but had to drop it off for a few fixes and she was able to get me a loaner.

I've been doing business with Ernie Haire/Elder for over 40 years and wouldn't go anywhere else they make you feel comfortable their employees are awesome and go above and beyond listening to my car needs working with you to resolve it I only trust Elder mechanics to work on my cars
