They have my friends car hostage. They have taken over 6 months to make repairs and refuse to let her see the car or take it to a new auto body shop. She refuses to provide photos or the progress and provides false deadlines. This company is fraudulent and do not bring your car here for repairs or you’ll end having to get a lawyer just to be able to get your car released. 0/10 recommend

We have used this shop twice. Once for insurance repairs for a fender bender for ourselves and once to partially paint my aunt's car. We were extremely satisfied with the repairs and quality of the service and are very happy to recommend their services to anyone. Brittany kept us updated and handled all the insurance matters for us and we did not have to get involved at all. It's in a bit of an odd area but don't let that deter you. The final product was excellent for reasonable rates that were provided beforehand.

I never thought in a million years I’d ever get into a car accident, but i unfortunately did almost two months ago. I wouldn’t recommend any other body shop besides these guys! I am just now getting my car back, but between how much damage there was it all makes sense as to why it took this long. This was my first ever accident since owning a car, so I genuinely thought I had totaled my car…After a few weeks here my car looks even better than when I got it in 2019! Drives like new too!! I also don’t even know where to begin to extend my thanks & gratitude to the shop owner, Stephanie, from helping me with everything at the time of crash (she was signing her dog up for obedience classes in the lot we were parked in). She helped get me a tow, helped me with my insurance claim, helped me get a rental car, & gave me countless updates on my car while it was in her care. There isn’t a single bad thing i have to say about her! On top of the endless support AFTER getting my car back.. JUST AMAZING! They also work with surrounding dealerships, my girl had to go to Tampa Honda for some recalibrating. Posting the photo i took after the accident & what my car looks like now!! Anyone that is having trouble understanding why their vehicle is taking so long, just trust the process! I promise your car is in great hands here!!

Stay far away from this company. The positive reviews are misleading and do not reflect reality. This company removed and destroyed my vehicle, even taking parts that were not damaged or related to the accident. They attempted to file false claims with the insurance company, which is fraudulent and unacceptable.
The owner, Andrew Cruz, even brandished a firearm toward me and my husband—a completely outrageous and dangerous act. The level of unprofessionalism is beyond anything I could have imagined. Stephanie, who pretends to advocate for you, is only protecting the company’s interests.
I am disgusted, disappointed, and shocked by their actions. This company is a complete fraud, and I truly hope they are shut down. Run far away from them—we will see you in court.
