My experience with this funeral service home has been very satisfactory. I always have felt comforted by the way they answer the phone and provide answers to questions that I might have had. They’ve been very helpful in getting the documentation associated with my son‘s death.
The Florida Mortuary was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process, and I am so grateful we found such a caring, empathetic, and kind place during the very difficult time of losing our dad.
From the initial phone call, Arin showed immense compassion and patience in a moment when I could hardly get words out. She guided my sister and me through every step, from planning and preparation to the ceremony and beyond with such grace and understanding.
